Belema oil Producing Ltd BPL with its joint venture partner the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation NNPC has sponsored, executed and commissioned some projects in the northern parts of Nigeria.

The projects made up of water projects, as well as road projects,  are cited in the states of Katsina, Bauchi, Gombe, and Sokoto states. The projects were recently commissioned and handed over to the communities by the board and members of Belema Oil limited and was graced by the representatives of the NNPC,

The President /Founder of Belemaoil Producing Ltd (BPL) Mr. Jack-Rich Tein Jr explaining the rationale for this Humanitarian Projects initiated by his company with the NNPC for these northern states said such gesture was mooted to fostered unity and love in the country.

According to the Belema boss, the projects were means of promoting oneness and unity in Nigeria and to better the lots of the people and give them a better lease of life.

A statement by released by the external Manager of the oil company Samuel Abel-Jumbo the Tein was quoted as saying “This gathering here today is as a result of our desire to share fellowship, to share oneness. Nigeria is one indivisible country that is centered on love irrespective of the political insinuations, affiliations and we must as a matter of fact build bridges that unite us.

“We are here to demonstrate oneness, we are here to demonstrate love. You, here in the north and myself from the Niger Delta, are one. Every country, the US, UK, Europe, they all have their challenges but when you have a challenge what you do with that challenge draws you to a solution.

“When my friend, Umar Kumo (PA on Special Duties to SGF) mentioned this project to me, he said “My community travels to about 10-12 kilometres in search of water and I promised them that because NNPC loves community development, I will initiate the project and see how we can embark on them. We are happy that this project is successful.”

Jack-Tein showered praises on President Muhammadu Buhari and the NNPC for supporting the project as well as granting his company the operating license of the OML – 55 by which his company has now used as a pedestal to launch its good works and humanitarian services.
